My interest in Medical Reiki is getting to the root cause of illness or dis-ease from a metaphysical and emotional level so that you can heal on a very deep level.  Once you understand the beliefs and emotions behind your emotional or physical pain and return the body back to balance real healing can begin.

Do you have pain somewhere in your body that doctors cannot find a reason for?  There may be an energetic block in that area.  Once the blocked energy is released the pain will disappear.

Reiki can be provided during any surgery. Receiving a treatment before or after surgery can be extremely helpful for healing. 

Reiki before open heart surgery, during, or while recovering is extremely helpful in easing anxiety and depression.

Or, during or after cancer treatments ... including chemotherapy and radiation. Reiki will help so that less medication is needed and healing is faster.

Reiki during end of life transitioning will help ease fear and anxiety and provide so much peace and comfort to the terminally ill.
